Imagine yourself in 10 years : what will matter more for you -- a good job or

En dix ans, je me vois comme une femme d'affairs. Je souhais que je voyagerai beaucoup entre les etats-unis et la chine et je souhais aussi que je gagnerai beaucoup d'argent pour mon travaille dur. Je ne veux pas a avoir beaucoup de temps du loisir parce-que j'aime etre chargee. So, the little leisure time that I do have will be plenty for me. I assume that the time I spend on trans-continental flights will be enough time for me to relax, sleep and/ or read. I feel that having more time working that spent on relaxing is a good balance for me because that is the condition under which I operate the most efficiently.

Il est important travailler. Si je ne travaille pas, je deviens malheurese très vite! Souvent, je fais travail avec des clubs et opérations. Je pense que après dix ans la situation va être la même. Mais il est nécessaire avoir du temps libre aussi. Quelquefois j’ai beaucoup de stress parce que je suis ambitieuse. C’est un maldie d’Américains! Nous devons du repos. Often Americans work too much and neglect their families. I would never want to do this! I’ll probably end up working only part time and spend the rest of the time with my children (if I have any…if not I’ll just work!) I think that there has to be a balance between work and fun activities; you need both to be a happy person. Everyone should always be looking to find a healthy medium between the two extremes of workoholism and hedonism.

En dix ans, j’irai vingt-huit ans. Je suis très futuriste et j’attendais avec intérêt à une carrière dans les affaires internationaux pour quatre ans. Lorsque vous quittez l’université et gagnez un degré je pense qui est quand vous commencez travailler et concentre moins sur les activités de loisirs. La situation parfaite serait avoir un travail que vous adorez et un travail qui ne prend pas de temps loin des engagements comme une famille. I want to be financially successful so I’m willing to work as hard and as long as I have to, to make that happen. However, lately my viewpoint has changed. Now, I want a family and to be a mom, so balancing the two will be hard to do.

In ten years, I’ll be 34 years old. I hope to have a very good job in Information System. More particurlaly as consulting or in charge of Security in Information System. I hope to be always with my current boyfriend too. For already three years, we have lived together.
D’ici là, je pense que nous aurons eu des enfants en tout cas j’espère vivement en avoir et surtout avoir du temps à leur consacrer. Ayant 3 sœurs, j’espère en faire plusieurs…Pour mes loisirs, je considère déjà ce que j’étudie actuellement comme un loisir, car c’est ma passion ! Donc je ne pense pas avoir du mal à concilier les deux !

Dans 10 ans, j’aurai 32 ans. J’espère bien évidemment avoir le meilleur poste possible mais surtout trouver un travail qui me plait. Je ne supporterai pas de faire un travail qui ne me plait pas. Comme les systèmes d’information sont en vogue ces temps ci, je pense trouver quelque chose d’interessant.
For the moment, I really would like to work in a foreign country as an expatriate. I love travelling and discover new cultures. A really important thing for me is to have time to spend with my friends. So I want to have free time and a good job....it’s not going to be easy :)

imagine myself in the future is one of the things i can do with difficulty. no one can know where he could be in 10 years. i don't know if i'll be a work -alcoholic or work for my leisure. the only thing i hope is to find a job i enjoy. if i enjoy it, it's not a problem for me to work a lot, but there are some limits. i need to have time to spend with my friends and my family, but i don't know if i'll work in a foreign country or not, and it changes a lot of things.
le rythme de travail varie beaucoup suivant les pays et les entreprises, mais je pense que la france est un des pays où on s'accorde le temps de vivre. je veux faire un travail qui m'intéresse et je suis prêts à m'investir beaucoup, mais il ne faut pas que ma seule vie soit mon travail, ce serait trop déprimant.

En dix ans, j'aurai 29 ans. Je voudrais se marier et avoir deux enfants. Quant à métier, je veux écrire chez moi comme une auteur free-lance. Le temps libre est importante pour moi. I would like to do a lot of different things, to learn about life. A good job would probably get in the way of learning new things. I would earn enough money to be comfortable, then spend the rest of my life trying to be happy cause we only have one life.

En dix ans, je sais que je vais travaille pour une grande compagnie internationale, et je vais travailler tout les temps car je veux devenir la femme cadre meilleure.
Mon objectif principal est etre le C.E.O. Je travaillerais plus que je faisais les activites de loisirs. Ces activites sont importants, mais je veux etre mieux dans mon travail.
It is important for one to balance work and leisure life, but the first years of one's career are especially important for one to make it to the top. Particularly in business, the competition is very demanding, so I will have to devote a lot of my time to my job.
Also, I think retirement is a good way to enjoy fun activities that you spend most of your adult life saving for.

Dans 10ans, j’aimerais avoir un emploi stable qui me permettra de subvenir aux besoins de ma famille. j’aimerais avoir de beaux enfants, une grande maison aux Etats Unies en France et à Dakar. je pense que je serai peut-être aux USA avec ma famille mais dans le long terme, si mes objectifs sont atteints, j’aimerai rentrer dans mon pays et travailler pour mon père qui actuellement a son propre entreprise.
The only way I will not be working in ten years is if I win millions and millions of dollars.However,I want to work hard now and save lot of money so I won't have to work hard in the future.I want to save some money and work less so I can spend lot of time with my kids and see them grow.

J'espere que dans dix ans, j'aurai les moyens et le vouloir pour poursuivre des activites loisir que m'amuse. Je pense que c'est tres important pour le sante pour faire les choses qui produissent plaisir (avec nos devoirs). In ten years, I will have (hopefully...) finished law school and will be pursuing a legal, political, or some other career. I don't really see myself ever making much money, both because of the work I want to do and because I think it is important to include many non-work aspects in my life, so I will probably have to be "choosy" with my leisure time. However, I also don't see myself pursuing a career that doesn't already make me happy, so if I do have to work a lot, it won't be all bad :-)

In my wiew, to be is a work - alcoholic is very nice if you heve enough time to see your family and your friends : I think the question is not if we work for leisure or if we work for us because to work can be a leisure but if we accord some time to people and some time to his work. It would be selfish to be workaolic and not to look after people.
Bien sûr, dans dix ans je me vois dans un poste que j'aime et si possible (et surtout) qui me fait gagner de l'argent. Mais si je dois délaisser les humains à l'avantate de mon travail alors je ne pense pas que cela me plaira.

Dans 10 ans, j'aurais une situation plus stable que maintenant car j'aurais beaucoup d'expériences et moins le besoin d'apprendre. Par contre, j'ai un métier dans l'informatique qui demande de se documenter fréquemment! But i will have more time to combine leisure and work. I think that's important to combine twice. My parents have never stay with me when i was young. I don't want to do the same with my futur family, it's so bad for them!! You should make the most of life each day! It's my advice for all people.

Je crois que dans dix ans il est un peu difficile d'imaginer ce qu'on va etre. Pour ma part je souhaite avoir un carnet d'adresses assez rempli, et rencontrer beaucoup de gens. En effet j'aime bien tout ce qui est négociation et j'espère etre une reference dans mon domaine. Le plus important est quand meme d'avoir un bon boulot meme si le temps de loisir est diminué.
I think that i will be a work-alcoholic. But if i can do both it will be very interessant. I think it is more stressful if you work-alcoholic.You have to strength up your mine if you want to be efficient and good at your work.
